Any person of good moral character and in agreement with the mission statement shall be eligible for membership regardless of race, creed, color or national origin, pending a majority vote at the next general meeting after the application is received. Note: You must be sponsored by an active member.  If you do know now an active member we invite you to attend any of our monthly meetings and/or any of our public activities to meet to become acquainted with our members.

The dues year is January 1 through December 31.  A junior is defined as a person age eighteen (18) or younger.   Please use the form below for new membership requests and renewals.

Please complete one application for each membership type, for example with the new family membership, the whole family can be on one application, print as many as needed as needed.  This allows the club to maintain contact information for each member, junior, ladies.  Applications can be mailed together.   Mail this form(s), with a self-addressed stamped envelope, and check payable to Black Ash Sportsman Inc. to:
